Cancellation Policy
By booking a BeadsandBevs event, you agree that the host provides the venue, and any food, and beverages at their discretion. BeadsandBevs supplies the creative experience. Deposits are non-refundable; full balance and guest count are due 14 days before the event. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable, though rescheduling may be accommodated within 60 days based on Bead Ambassador availability. BeadsandBevs is responsible for the beading activity, while the host is responsible for overall venue safety and the service of food and beverages.
